National Jean-Sylvain Boyer Named CCHL January’s Academic Player of the Month

The Central Canada Hockey League along with the Rockland Nationals organization is proud to announce that Jean-Sylvain Boyer has been named the Academic Player of the Month for the month of January.

Jean-Sylvain Boyer, 18 years old, is attending Ottawa University and taking two courses where he received an A- in Intro to Management and another A- in Intro to Macroeconomics.

During the month of January the un-committed forward put up nine points in only five games played, including six goals and four multi-point contests.

The Ottawa, Ontario native was also a honorable mention for the Player of the Month in January and currently has 24 points (11G/13A) in 37 games with the newly formed Nationals this season.
