GMHL Whalers Building for the Future in 2017 Draft

During the 2016 – 2017 Greater Metro Hockey League regular season finishing first overall with a record of 38 – 3 – 1 and winning the 2017 GMHL Russell Cup champions, the Niagara Whalers were involved in building their roster for the 2017 – 2018 season with drafting ten forwards, four defensemen and two goaltenders.
